I'm Pat Cohen - a Tattoo Artist, Illustrator, fly tyer, lure builder and author. I am a full time Tattoo Artist based in upstate NY. I have a constant need to create whether it be tattoos, illustrations, fishing lures or flies. I will be adding completed images on here as I finish them.
